Simon Sinek: If You Don’t Understand People, You Don’t Understand Business
The99percent.com has posted Simon Sinek’s talk about leadership, trust, authenticity and meaning. Sinek is a well-known ethnographer and leadership expert, and here he argues that everything we say and do is a symbol of who we really are. He also argues something I’ve said several times over on this blog: if you communicate genuinely, without pretense or agenda, you can attract employees and customers that allow you to truly do extraordinary things.
Highly recommended. Ignore the 30 minute runtime and just grab a cup of your favorite caffeinated beverage and enjoy.
