Our Story

Oracle acquired PeopleSoft in 2005. A few of us who had been at PeopleSoft for almost a decade saw an opportunity – create a company dedicated to bringing back outrageous customer service for organizations as passionate about using PeopleSoft as we were. MIPRO was born.

We invest the time to understand what success looks like for each individual customer and work to deliver value through optimizations, upgrades and implementations of the PeopleSoft ERP/Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Asset Lifecycle Management solutions.

As President and CEO of MIPRO, Jim is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the firm and providing guidance for MIPRO’s day-to-day activities.

Jeffery V. Micallef

Since co-founding the company in 2005, Jeff’s unwavering focus has been to introduce organizations to MIPRO, its people and its services.

Larry Zagata

As Vice President of Solutions Delivery, Larry’s focus is helping customers successfully leverage the most value out of their PeopleSoft solution through upgrades, optimizations, strategic planning and implementations.


Rob Mowid

In his role as a Director, Rob works closely with our existing clients to help them maximize their use of PeopleSoft.


Chris Birkholz

Chris is responsible for introducing MIPRO to new potential clients through participation in user groups, conferences and professional networking.


Dave Roberts

In his role as Director, Dave helps new and existing clients maximize their use of PeopleSoft by making complex systems run more efficiently.
