How to Accept an Award
With today’s overblown, overrunning, dramatics-filled awards shows, we forget what it was like when people knew how to accept an industry award with grace and brevity. To wit, check out John Wayne accepting his Oscar for his performance in True Grit in 1970. (And get a load of that nominee lineup.)
