PeopleSoft HCM PUM Updates 42-44: HCM Kibana Analytics
Delivered with PeopleSoft HCM PUM updates 42-44 are new analytics, both Kibana and PeopleSoft Dashboard/Pagelets so here is a summary of those analytics.
U.S. Payroll Trends: Delivered the U.S. Payroll Trends Analytics Dashboard. The U.S. Payroll Trends Analytics Dashboard enables you to view analytics visualizations for payroll based on U.S. payroll data indexes.

Second, let’s look at Absence Management.
Absence Management: Delivered the Processed Absence Analytics Dashboard that enables administrators and managers to view visualizations for processed absences, including paid and unpaid absences and negative absence balances.
Global Payroll Trends: Delivered the Global Payroll Trends Dashboard, which enables you to view interactive visualizations for Global Payroll based on the Global Payroll data search indexes.

Life Events Insight Analytics: PeopleSoft HCM PUM Updates 42-44 also delivered the Life Events Insights Dashboard that allows administrators to view visualizations for active life events and perform actions based on their statuses.

Ben Admin Processing Insights: Delivered the Benefits Admin Process Insights Dashboard that allows administrators to review, analyze, and take action on the benefits schedule summary data.

Finally, let’s review the two Payable Time Trend Dashboards.
Payable Time Trend: Delivered the Payable Time Trend and Payable Time Insights Dashboards, which enable administrators and management to view visualizations for payable time data based on the Payable Time Search index. The index should be enabled for real time indexing, which is recommended for PeopleTools release 8.59.07 or higher.
