PEOPLESOFT SUPPLIER SELF SERVICE SERIES – PART VI: My Preferences

PEOPLESOFT SUPPLIER SELF SERVICE SERIES – PART VI: My Preferences

In Part VI of our Supplier Self Service series, we will explore My Preferences. As you recall, users still need a user Id with proper security to access the Supplier Secure Home Page.

My Preferences

My Preferences allows the user to control several key features including:

  • General Settings
  • General Options
  • Regional Settings
  • System and Application Messaging
  • Navigation Personalizations
  • Pop Up Notifications
  • Advanced Settings
  • Notification Window
  • Comprehensive Supplier Portal
My Preferences General Settings

The General Settings feature allows the user to control date/time/calendar defaults, navigation personalizations, tab over, mouse over, pop-up messaging defaults, etc.

Users can determine how many notifications to display and if any categories need to be suppressed.

Notification Window

The Comprehensive Supplier Portal is where users setup and control many of the defaults for purchase orders, quotes, receipts, etc.
