In Part IX of our Supplier Self Service series, we will explore the Manage Contracts Documents & Manage Deliverables tiles on the Supplier Secure Home Page. Users must have a user ID with proper security to access these tiles. Manage Contracts Documents is associated with the Supplier Contract Management module.
Upon clicking on the Manage Contracts Documents tile, the user is brought to another landing page where the user can see all contracts or those pending review.
Clicking on the details the user is presented with multiple options to interact with the contract documents.
The user can:
- Review and add collaboration comments
- Open/edit the main document
- Upload revised documents
- Mark as reviewed
- Review document history
When opening the main document, the user can view the contract in Word:
Manage Contracts allows the supplier to collaborate on the contract process with the customer. Manage Deliverables is associated with contract management. The user is notified on deliverables that have been committed to. When entering the landing page, the user can review deliverables or update deliverables.
When the user selects the Verification Steps link, they are taken to a page to interact with the deliverable.
Here, the user can view the contract, update the activity status, send an email, upload a file and save their actions.
