PeopleSoft Supplier Self Service Series – Part V: Notice of Intent to Award

In Part V of our Supplier Self Service series, we will explore Notice of Intent to Award (NOIA). This tile is displayed if Strategic Sourcing is implemented.

Guest or Supplier User:

Use the Notice of Intent to Award (NOIA) tile to view the Notice of Intent to Award for events from the buying organization. By default, this tile displays a count of the open notices in the last ninety (90) days; this can be changed.

Clicking into the details, the user can see who bid and who is being awarded the event.

Clicking on the attachment, the user can see the actual PDF notice.

Users cannot take any action here, but they can take action in the Secured Supplier Portal. We will discuss this in upcoming blogs.
