With Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Common Release 26A, Oracle expands built-in AI support across Core HR and Self-Service processes:

  • Employee Concierge (AI) delivers personalized assistance across topics such as compensation guidance, payslip interpretation, and benefits questions.
  • Team Management with AI Assistance helps managers analyze and act on team data more efficiently within transactional flows.

These AI features improve productivity by giving users conversational, context-aware help right inside HCM pages.

Here are the new AI features summary for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Common Release 26A directly from Oracle:

Employee Self-Service with AI Assistance

The Employee Concierge agent acts as the single point of entry for employees seeking assistance with various aspects of their employment, including compensation, benefits, leave and absences, and payroll.

Employee Concierge Enhancements

  • Document Support Capabilities Employee Concierge subagents are equipped with document retrieval tools, enabling employees to access and understand company policies independently. Each specialized subagent provides contextual guidance based on relevant policy documents:
    • Leave and Absence Analyst – Retrieves company specific absence and leave policies.
    • Benefits Analyst – Accesses benefits documentation, plan details, and enrollment guides.
    • Compensation Advisor – Provides compensation policies and total perks and rewards information.
    • Payslip Analyst – Retrieves payslip documentation and explains pay components and deductions.

This feature enhances the existing HCM processes by providing proactive support, personalized guidance, and efficient access to information. Employees can ask questions that cover a breath of areas in a single conversation that greatly enhances their productivity.

Team Management with AI Assistance

The Manager Concierge agent acts as the single point of entry for managers seeking assistance with team management. It provides support for queries related to compensation, leave and absences, talent management, and employment details for their team members.

Manager Concierge Enhancements

  • Team Data Hub Manager Concierge now offers team-wide analytics to complement its individual insights. Managers can explore workforce patterns across employment, compensation, and talent metrics — spotting trends like pay equity gaps or performance imbalances — and then drill down instantly to individual employees for targeted action.
  • Context-Driven Deep links With new context-aware deep links, conversational insights turn into immediate action. When a manager says, “Transfer Sarah to a new department,” Manager Concierge automatically launches the correct Redwood screen — pre-filled with all relevant details. Powered by the Quick Link business object, this eliminates the need for maintaining hundreds of static deeplink tools, making navigation faster and more adaptive.
  • Document Support Capabilities Manager Concierge subagents are equipped with document retrieval tools, enabling managers to access and navigate company policies efficiently. Each specialized subagent provides contextual guidance based on relevant policy documents:
    • Leave and Absence Analyst – Retrieves leave policies and guides managers through absence management decisions.
    • Compensation Advisor – Accesses compensation policies to support salary, perks and award programs and other compensation related information.
    • Employment Details Assistant – Provides employment contract details and employment lifecycle details for step-by-step guidance for hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding.

This feature enhances the existing HCM processes by providing proactive support, personalized guidance, and efficient access to information. Managers can ask questions that cover a breath of areas in a single conversation that greatly enhances their productivity.
