MIPRO was again proud to sponsor and be at the center of the action at the Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance 2026 conference in Orlando, Florida. From meaningful conversations to an enjoyable networking event, HEUG Alliance 2026 was a reminder of just how powerful face-to-face connections can be.
HEUG Alliance 2026: Connecting
Representing MIPRO were Ankur Rattan, Principal Consultant, Shannon Roche, VP of Client & Community Engagement, and Halie Smith, Associate. Throughout the conference, our team engaged in conversations about what matters most to their institutions right now. Whether it was navigating the road ahead on PeopleSoft, exploring a migration to Oracle Cloud, or uncovering ways to embed emerging technology into existing workflows, our team was there to listen first and advise second.
Attendees who stopped by the booth also had the chance to enter our Amazon gift card and wine bottle raffle drawings, which was a fun way to spark conversations and connect with institutions from across the country. The energy was fantastic, and we were grateful for every visit.
HEUG Alliance 2026: Conversations
A recurring theme throughout HEUG Alliance 2026 was the growing urgency around maximizing the return on existing investments and technology modernization. Institutions are looking for practical, scalable ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), implement automation, and use tools that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and the student experience.
MIPRO’s conversations at Alliance centered on helping institutions understand where these technologies can be applied within their existing PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud applications — and how to do so in a way that’s manageable, strategic, and aligned with institutional goals. From automating repetitive administrative processes to using data insights to better serve students, the opportunities are significant and growing.
One of the highlights of the week was our Monday poolside event, co-hosted with our partners at Pathlock. The evening was a chance to deepen relationships, celebrate shared wins, and simply enjoy good company after a full day of sessions.
HEUG Alliance 2026: Looking Ahead
HEUG Alliance 2026 reinforced what we already believe: higher education institutions are hungry for strategic guidance, trusted partners, and innovative solutions that move them forward. MIPRO is committed to being that partner, whether institutions are maximizing long-term value from PeopleSoft or charting a course to move to Oracle’s Cloud applications.
We look forward to continuing connecting throughout 2026 and seeing you at the 2027 HEUG Alliance conference in SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS!
