MIPRO Consulting Hires Todd Rayburn as HCM Practice Manager

MIPRO Consulting, a Milford, Michigan-based consultancy specializing in the implementation and optimization of Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Fusion products, announced the hire of Todd Rayburn as HCM Practice Manager. MIPRO President and CEO Jim Prokes made the announcement.
In his role, Rayburn will serve as a strategic adviser on Human Capital Management (HCM) activities, providing day-to-day oversight and management of project consultants on HCM projects. With more than 15 years of information technology and consulting experience with Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Cloud HCM applications, Rayburn will also work with clients to ensure that projects are on track and meeting all expectations.
“Todd has a proven history advising clients and successfully integrating sophisticated Oracle PeopleSoft and Cloud solutions that help them achieve a greater level of efficiency,” said Prokes. “MIPRO has identified Oracle Cloud HCM as a strategic growth area, and we look forward to leveraging Todd’s talent and knowledge to become a leader in this space.”
