Teamwork: The Musical
Found this over the weekend and thought it was an interesting, if somewhat contrived, way to illustrate teamwork. Every so often, we all need a gentle reminder that when a team pulls together it can achieve much more than even the most talented standalone player, and have a much better outcome to boot.
Right from the Duh Department, I know, but I’m constantly amazed when I see teamwork being treated as a corporate platitude instead of something real.
