Learning Care Group, Inc. (LCG) is the second-largest for-profit child care provider in North America and a leader in early education with programs designed for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Across their seven unique brands, LCG has more than 900 schools and 18,000 teachers serving more than 130,000 children.

MIPRO has assisted LCG in multiple areas over the years. That assistance has included implementations, upgrades and optimizations ranging from providing a single resource for a specific objective to leading and staffing an entire project team for larger engagements. MIPRO has helped LCG through a smooth transition of their newly acquired business units, worked with LCG’s financials team on their PeopleSoft Asset Management and General Ledger applications and assisted LCG’s human resources department by implementing PeopleSoft HCM self-service, consolidating benefits into one system and bringing their outsourced payroll in-house into PeopleSoft Payroll.
