He specializes in client relationship management and full-cycle program and project management for Cloud and On-Premises ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. His expertise spans Financials, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Asset/Lifecycle Management (EAM/ALM) applications, as well as the delivery of custom mobile solutions and supporting infrastructure. Sam is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of building and applying robust PMO frameworks, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver successful, results-driven projects. Known for a composed, solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution, and fostering consensus and collaboration among stakeholders with varied interests. Sam is a persuasive and articulate communicator, skilled in engaging effectively with executive leadership and operational teams alike.
Personal Passion
Outside of his professional pursuits, Sam enjoys playing golf with his wife, exploring new destinations through travel, and giving back to his community through volunteer work with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
