Professional Passion
In his role as a Director, Rob works closely with our existing clients to help them maximize their use of PeopleSoft. He is also responsible for introducing MIPRO to new potential clients through participation in user groups, conferences and professional networking.
Rob brings over 20 years of information technology experience to our clients, working across the technology spectrum from core IT, to specialized software and ERP software. He spent 8 years working at Oracle, including half of that with PeopleSoft, prior to the merger of the two companies. During that time he held roles selling and supporting the full ERP suite of software as well as working on the core technology side of the business. The favorite part of Rob’s day is any part that includes working with clients. Planning new initiatives, discussing strategic directions and helping address issues clients may be facing is what Rob loves about his role.
Personal Passion
When not working with clients, Rob loves to spend time with his family. It started with youth coaching and as his kids have grown, he has become their biggest fan. Whether on the football or soccer fields, basketball, tennis or volleyball courts, if one of his kids were playing, you could find Rob. When not watching he enjoys participating, biking with his wife, playing tennis with his son, or trying to keep up with the kids on the basketball court. Rob is a proud alumni of Northwood University and loves to connect with fellow alumni.
