Professional Passion
In her role as Director of Human Resources, Jennifer oversees all HR-related functions, including payroll, employee relations, new hire onboarding, healthcare and insurance benefits administration, contract renewal negotiations, performance assessments and more.
Jennifer possesses more than 15 years of HR-related experience, previously working as an Account Manager for Staff Connections where she recruited and placed talent for a variety of medical positions. She joined MIPRO in 2008 as a Systems Support Specialist, with duties including maintaining system security, performing auditing and testing for new updates, and serving as a liaison between all internal MIPRO service providers.
Personal Passion
Jennifer’s personal passions are spending time with her family and exercise. Whether walking, weight training or going for a bike ride, Jennifer enjoys anything exercise related. She is also an avid reader and lover of the outdoors.
